Rayleigh Town is an inclusive Dementia Community and has been awarded accreditation.   Rayleigh is a Dementia Friendly Town, a place where those living with dementia are understood, respected and included. Dementia is a set of symptoms that may include memory loss and difficulties with thinking, problem-solving, perception or language, and affects daily life.
