Essex County Council is the Highways Authority and you can report any problems such as pot holes, pavement defects and faulty street lights on their website at:

Alternatively you may report problems to the Town Council who will pass the details onto Essex County Council.

Faulty Bus Shelters - Rayleigh Town Council owns severn bus shelters around the town.  Others are owned by Essex County and Rochford District Councils.  You may send reports of any problems with Bus Shelters to Rayleigh Town Council who will pass onto the correct Council as necessary.
